When do pre-orders close?

When will my order ship?

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times appear at checkout, and begin shipping 3 to 4 weeks after pre-orders end.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $120. International orders are eligible for free shipping (threshold varies by region) and may incur customs or import fees.

Can I return or get a refund on my order?

Yes! We follow Australian Consumer Law. If your product is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. Check our Returns Policy for details.

We follow the Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue
  • We’ll cover return shipping for valid claims

We offer a 30-day change of mind return on eligible items. Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging with tags
  • Returned at your own cost
  • Approved before sending

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal/hygiene items
  • Custom-made or personalised merch

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days.

I’m in the EU—can I return my order?

Yes! You have a 14-day cooling-off period from when your order arrives.

Just make sure items are unused and returned in original condition.

Do you guarantee product quality or availability?

While we do our best to meet expectations, we can’t guarantee exact colours on screen or continued product availability. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue items at any time.
